College Council Secretariat

The college council is the foundational body for finding appropriate solutions to any potential challenges (administrative or scientific issues) facing the college that would restrict the institutional operation, in addition to making decent recommendations accredited by the college council, unanimously or partially, to send them to the university’s presidency for endorsement in accordance with the ministry’s laws and regulations.

The main duties and responsibilities of council members include reviewing and approving meeting agendas submitted by the scientific departments, referring them to authorized personnel for scientific and administrative feedback, and then making suitable decisions or resolutions. Moreover, receiving meeting minutes and agendas of every session held at the university’s presidency, communicating them to the dean’s assistants to take the necessary actions by communicating directions to the college council, and subsequently to the respective departments

These are then forwarded to the university‘s presidency for endorsement; afterward, they will be referred to the dean’s assistants to take the necessary actions.
